Description
Paw Paw Public Schools is soliciting competitive sealed bids for one new, unused 2026 or 2027 3/4-ton 4x4 heavy-duty work truck. The vehicle must meet specified requirements including an extended or crew cab, standard bed, heavy-duty gasoline V8 engine, automatic transmission, minimum 10,000-pound GVWR and 2,500-pound payload, fleet-white exterior, vinyl seating and flooring, high-output dual alternators, dual batteries, Class V receiver hitch with 7-pin wiring, trailer brake controller, running boards, factory snow-plow preparation, auxiliary upfitter switches, and a spray-in bedliner. The truck must be delivered prepared for a Western 8-foot-6-inch Pro Plus mild-steel straight-blade plow and Western Low Profile 1000 hitch-mounted poly hopper salt spreader. Required preparation includes fused power and switch wiring to the front bumper for the plow and high-amperage power and ground wiring with circuit protection to the rear receiver area for the salt spreader. Physical plow and spreader hardware, including specified mounts, modules, and controllers, is excluded. Bidders must submit the bid proposal form, manufacturer's printed build sheet, a detailed compliance and electrical-routing breakdown, warranty documentation, and sworn, notarized familial-relationship and Iran Economic Sanctions Act affidavits.
