The Naval Air Systems Command, on behalf of the Aircraft Program Management Office and Portfolio Acquisition Executive for Robotic and Autonomous Systems, is considering a limited-source, firm-fixed-price delivery order under four existing Basic Ordering Agreements for unmanned aircraft system maritime intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance services. The contemplated order would use contractor-owned and contractor-operated systems, including Maritime B-kits #10 and #11, to support multiple combatant commands and around-the-clock imagery and sensor missions. The contractor would provide trained personnel, non-developmental unmanned aircraft equipment, shipboard operations, logistics containers, certifications, operations and maintenance, SpaceX Starshield SATCOM-capable hardware, spares, and product support. The anticipated period of performance is a base period plus four option periods, for up to 60 months. This is a presolicitation notice for information purposes only, not a request for competitive proposals; no open solicitation or commitment to award is established by the notice.
