Description
The Farm Service Agency requires firm-fixed-price electrical services at its service center, including converting approximately four in-ground electrical and data outlets into ceiling-mounted poles or relocating them to the office's outer walls to eliminate employee and customer tripping hazards. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, cleanup, and related support, coordinate walk-throughs and scheduling with the agency, and perform the work during standard weekday hours. The scope also includes limited disassembly and reassembly, protection of facility surfaces, removal of packing materials, post-work adjustments, and maintaining identifiable personnel on site. The contractor must comply with applicable OSHA and EPA requirements, provide a project manager, maintain required insurance, and furnish bodily injury and property damage liability coverage of at least $500,000 per occurrence. Subcontracting is prohibited without prior Contracting Officer approval. The quotation must include pricing for the complete schedule item and information demonstrating the ability to meet the performance schedule; past performance may be evaluated. The PWS states that the final work date is December 31, 2026, although actual dates may change after award.
