Description
Springettsbury Township seeks a contractor to replace three culverts on North Northern Way, Wilshire Drive, and Hawthorne Road, along with associated drainage improvements, replacement of portions of two sanitary sewer lines, and pavement repair. The work also includes traffic control, erosion and sedimentation controls, excavation, pipe and inlet installation, headwalls and endwalls, stream crossings with pump bypass, guiderail replacement, and restoration work. The project is subject to Pennsylvania prevailing wage requirements. Bids must include 10% bid security; the successful bidder must provide performance and payment bonds, each for 100% of the contract amount. Workers' compensation and public liability insurance certificates are required with the bid.
