Description
The project is construction of an approximately 3,740-square-foot, single-story pre-engineered metal building for forestry research operations. The building includes workshop and storage areas, two vehicle service bays, office and utility spaces, and associated plumbing, mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and site work. Site work includes grading, utilities, storm drainage, parking, and landscaping. The bid package also includes an additive bid item for a storage lean-to and a separate additive bid item for a lightning protection system. The solicitation package includes general, civil, structural, architectural, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical drawings, project manuals, and engineering calculations.
