Description
The project seeks pricing and proposals for a multi-year, as-needed construction support effort involving water trucks and operators for dust control and compaction, mechanical street sweepers, off-hours site security, temporary sanitary and hand-washing facilities, construction hauling with multiple dump-truck types, storm-drain video inspections and recordings, hydroseeding and tack-and-mulch work, and installation of temporary six-foot chain-link fencing and double-swing gates. Hydroseeding and tack-and-mulch work must comply with Specification Section 329500, and the project will require multiple mobilizations. The solicitation establishes a 50% Small Business Enterprise participation goal and a 50% local-hire goal, with good-faith efforts required where applicable. Contractors and subcontractors must comply with prevailing-wage requirements and certified-payroll reporting. Pricing respondents must confirm that they can meet or exceed the subcontractor insurance requirements.
