Description
The U.S. Army is requesting quotations for a single-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract to fabricate CLET Side, XMTR Upper, XMTR Lower, and Utility door subassemblies in accordance with government-provided drawings. The five-year requirement has a minimum contract value of $10,000 and a maximum value of $2,000,000, with estimated performance from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2031. The drawings are export-controlled and available only to vendors with a current DD Form 2345 on file with the Defense Logistics Information Service and current Department of War contracts. The technical quotation must address precision CNC machining and aluminum fabrication, chemical conversion coatings and primers, two-part epoxy adhesive bonding, quality assurance, testing against MIL-STD-810 environmental and structural profiles, and facility and production capacity. Quotations must include three recent and relevant efforts from the past three years and pricing for each Contract Line Item Number. The acquisition is not set aside for small business concerns, and quotations are due by October 9, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
