Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is requesting a quotation for one package containing 12 pairs of industrial spectacles, NSN 4240-01-514-5510, part number ROJG99-916, manufactured by PyRamex Safety Products, LLC. The item must meet the solicitation's applicable DLA packaging, inspection, quality, domestic-material, and marking requirements. Packaging must comply with the applicable technical requirements; nonhazardous material must be commercially packaged under ASTM D3951, hazardous material must follow the specified hazardous-material requirements, and all packaging must be marked in accordance with MIL-STD-129. The quotation is for a supply requirement with delivery in 20 days, FOB origin, and destination inspection and acceptance. The solicitation states that all quotations must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System. It also requires applicable representations and certifications, including the offeror's representations concerning covered telecommunications equipment, small-business status, and hazardous materials.
