Santé Québec Gaspésie is requesting proposals for two lots of ophthalmology equipment for Hôpital de Sainte-Anne-des-Monts. Lot 1 includes an automated projection perimeter and accessories, an ocular tomograph and accessory, and 10-year service contracts for both devices. Lot 2 includes an Nd:YAG and SLT ophthalmic laser, with photocoagulation capability if applicable, or a separate ophthalmic photocoagulation laser if not included in the preceding item. The lot also requires 10-year service contracts for all equipment included in the lot. The procurement is an open competitive Request for Proposal with an estimated 120-month contract period.
