Description
The U.S. Navy is soliciting a firm-fixed-price quote for commercial office furniture and related services at Fleet Weather Center Norfolk. The scope covers three rooms: replacement lounge sofas; 38 motorized height-adjustable watchfloor workstations; modular acoustic panels; monitor and laptop mounts; lockers, bookcases, storage cabinets, a collaboration table, guest chairs, and an IT-shop L-shaped workstation configuration. The contractor must provide labor, supervision, transportation, staging, disassembly, off-site disposal or recycling of replaced furniture, delivery, assembly, furniture-side modular electrical reconfiguration, installation, cleanup, design layout drawings, project scheduling, closeout documentation, and one year of warranty support. No structural construction or building-side electrical modifications are permitted. Installation must use manufacturer-certified professionals, and personnel working inside the secure facility must comply with escort, access, and security requirements.
