Description
The Oklahoma Municipal Power Authority is soliciting proposals for routine janitorial and cleaning services at a commercial building. The scope includes restroom sanitation, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, office and common-area cleaning, dusting, interior trash collection and disposal, liner replacement, entryway cleaning, spot cleaning, and replenishment or notification regarding restroom consumable supplies. The contractor must provide sufficient labor, supervision, equipment, cleaning products, and supplies unless otherwise specified. Services are to be performed approximately twice per month on a mutually agreed schedule for a three-year contract term. Proposers must demonstrate commercial cleaning experience, provide a proposed service schedule and pricing, identify staffing and any subcontractors, confirm compliance with facility security and access procedures, and confirm that they are bonded and insured. Evidence of bonding and insurance may be requested from the selected contractor before contract execution; specific coverage limits may be established in the final agreement.
