Description
British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority is soliciting construction of approximately 2,000 metres of underground utility duct bank comprising nine precast vaults. The work includes locations along Highway 11 and Hazelwood Avenue, Immel Street and Old Clayburn Road, and Old Clayburn Road, McKee Drive, and McKee Road in Abbotsford, British Columbia. The procurement may involve negotiation and is subject to Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement. The stated delivery or completion date is August 31, 2027. The solicitation package includes technical memoranda, civil and general requirements specifications, site drawings, an environmental management plan, a form of proposal, and related construction requirements.
