Description
The California Department of General Services, Facilities Management Division, is soliciting bids for boiler and chiller maintenance and repair services at Waddie P. Deddeh Building 860. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, and materials for preventive maintenance, foreseeable and unforeseeable repairs, emergency repairs, technical support, parts replacement, reporting, and related services for two Raypak boilers, one Smardt Turbocor chiller, associated pumps, and variable-frequency drives. The anticipated contract term is three years. Bidders must hold or arrange the required California C-20 and C-4 contractor licenses, submit current proof of general liability, commercial automobile, and workers’ compensation insurance, provide at least three similar references from the past five years, and meet the 3% Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise participation requirement. The bid package must include the specified state forms, references, insurance proof, cost sheet, and certifications. The award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
