Description
This solicitation is for the manufacture of cable assemblies, electrical chassis, and circuit card assemblies. The items must be designed according to specific Cage Code reference numbers, including 96169 for the CABLE ASSEMBLY,SPEC and EB-4785-7-V5 for the CHASSIS,ELECTRICAL, and EB-4785-18-V5 for the CIRCUIT CARD ASSEMB. All items must be physically identified in accordance with MIL-STD-130, REV N, 16 NOV 2012. The contract requires compliance with electrostatic discharge control standards (ANSI/ESD S20.20) and prohibits mercury contamination in materials intended for submarine/surface ship use. Inspection and acceptance will occur at the source, and packaging must adhere to MIL-STD-2073. Award evaluations will be made using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria.
