Description
The City of North Las Vegas is seeking a customer portal and mobile workforce management solution for its Utility Department. The customer portal must provide account management, bill presentment and payment processing, service requests, consumption and AMI meter-data presentation, alerts, communications, analytics, mobile access, and integration with Paymentus, Advanced Utility Systems/CIS Infinity, Aqua-Metric/Sensus, and Metron systems. The solution must support a uniform customer experience across meter platforms, including historical usage, leak and watering notifications, multiple accounts and authorized users, bill redesign, and accessibility compliance. The mobile workforce component must support service-order creation, dispatch, intelligent scheduling and routing, GPS-based field navigation, priority and area filtering, reassignment, offline work, and completion tracking. Respondents must address extensive cybersecurity, privacy, PCI-DSS, CJIS-alignment, SOC 2, encryption, API, hosting, testing, training, and project-management requirements. The contract is for three years with up to five additional one-year extensions, and the City may award the full scope or separate portions to multiple vendors.
