Description
Fishers Island Union Free School District is seeking a provider for Category 1 internet access and data transmission service with capacity between 100 Mbps and 500 Mbps. The service will support instructional and administrative activities, including online learning, videoconferencing, student assessments, and operational communications, and must be delivered to the district’s existing network equipment without new installation or special construction. Proposals should include monthly recurring pricing, service-level agreements, uptime guarantees, and customer support availability. Providers must comply with applicable FCC E-Rate requirements, including the option to use the Service Provider Invoice method for billing. Procurement is subject to New York State competitive-bidding requirements and local board of education policies.
