Description
Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department is soliciting proposals for a commercial off-the-shelf, cloud-based Integrated Justice Information System to replace the Automated Justice Information System, Jail Information Management System, and Automated Booking System. The solution must support booking, release, housing, movement, classification, case management, property, Title 15 safety checks, trust accounting, reporting, security, and integrations with justice, health, and other partner systems. It must support at least 500 concurrent users, 10,000 active inmate records, multi-facility operations, CJIS and CORI compliance, and 24/7 mission-critical operations. The scope includes requirements review and gap analysis, configuration and authorized customization, infrastructure and technical assessment, system-interface implementation, legacy-data conversion and cleansing, testing, training, documentation, production cutover, a 90-day warranty period, and post-implementation maintenance and support. The anticipated implementation phase is approximately 36 months, followed by an initial six-year contract term from final acceptance with four additional one-year option periods. Proposers must demonstrate relevant COTS jail-management-system experience, production use at a jail system with an average daily population of at least 4,000 inmates, qualifying data-migration experience, and at least two years of experience with IBM IMS data.
