Description
The Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board is seeking one or more long-term technology partners to provide comprehensive managed services for its College and Career Advising technology portfolio. The scope includes application operations and maintenance, application development and enhancement, solution architecture, quality engineering and automated testing, DevSecOps and release management, Microsoft Azure cloud operations, cybersecurity, documentation, Agile delivery management, governance, service reporting, transition, and continuous improvement. The portfolio includes My Texas Future, ApplyTexas, ADVi, Direct Admissions, Salesforce-based applications, Azure-hosted applications, enterprise integrations, APIs, databases, reporting platforms, and supporting cloud services. Respondents must demonstrate at least five years of comparable managed-services experience and submit a fixed-fee pricing proposal for dedicated Design, Development, and Implementation and Support and Maintenance Services delivery teams. The anticipated initial term runs from contract execution through August 31, 2027, with up to four additional one-year renewals and a possible twelve-month continuity extension.
