Description
The project includes improvements to Lift Station 1 and related force-main piping, including new piping and valves, a temporary bypass arrangement, and replacement of two air-release valves. Work also includes modifications to lift-station pumping and electrical systems, including a new pump control panel, variable-frequency drive, level sensors, and related power and instrumentation work. The scope also includes alterations to the maintenance facility, including new electrical and HVAC equipment and replacement of flooring and related finishes. The plans require coordination with the district to maintain wastewater system operations during construction, and include site restoration and traffic-control planning.
