Description
Eden Central School District is soliciting bids for site work as part of Phase 2 of its 2024 Capital Improvement Project at Grover L. Priess Primary School. Work is to be performed in accordance with drawings and specifications prepared by Young + Wright Architectural. Bidders must keep prices firm for 45 days after bid opening and include a certified check or bid bond of at least 5% of the base bid. The bid bond must commit the bidder to enter into the contract if awarded and provide further performance security as required. New York State prevailing wage rates and employment conditions apply.
