Description
Erie County’s Department of Public Works, Division of Highways, is soliciting sealed bids for replacement of Bridge 409-02 over Hosmer Brook. A certified check for $118,000 is required with the bid as a bid deposit. The notice also identifies potential New York State contractor registration, vendor responsibility, prevailing wage, MBE/WBE/SDVOB, apprenticeship program, and local and disadvantaged workforce requirements.
