Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting a voluntary Request for Information to support development of a future firm-fixed-price procurement for a single-award wall display and installation project. The anticipated display is approximately 250 inches wide by 98 inches high and will use 11-by-8.5-inch landscape acrylic frames suspended from a wall-mounted frame with an aluminum cable system. The future requirement is expected to include delivery within 30 days after award and installation within a 30-day timeframe. Respondents are asked to recommend lighting types, fixture placement, and controls that evenly illuminate the displayed warrants while minimizing glare, and to identify the anticipated on-site installation duration and whether the installation period should begin upon delivery or site readiness.
