Description
This is a sole source award for Data Informed Disaster Decision Making Services (DIDDMS) to RAFT LLC, with a total firm fixed price of $1,064,293. The task order is a logical follow-on to a previously competed order, leveraging the contractor's unique knowledge of the Data Analytics for Response and Triage (DART) and Services for Planning Emergency Action and Response (SPEAR) platforms. The scope of this follow-on effort includes implementing capabilities to integrate additional federal and non-federal data sources, assessing and standardizing data, enhancing SPEAR for longitudinal analysis of grant recipient recovery, expanding real-time data integration between SPEAR and DART, and providing ongoing system support and optimization. These enhancements are critical for improving situational awareness and interagency coordination during disaster response.
