Description
This Sources Sought notice requests industry capability information for a potential project to restore and maintain mission readiness at a Coast Guard station. The anticipated work includes rockfall mitigation—such as tree removal, rock scaling, rock dowels, mesh, ringnet repairs, and a midslope attenuator—as well as repairs to access roads and a landslide slump. The waterfront scope includes replacing floating docks and the vessel haul-out facility, addressing piles and wave screens, upgrading electrical equipment, and maintaining dock operations during phased construction. Coastal resilience work may include bathymetric surveys, geotechnical testing, coastal modeling, permitting alternatives, dune and sediment-migration controls, nature-based solutions, revetments, offshore breakwaters or sills, and beneficial reuse of dredged sediment. Responses are for market research only, not a bid or proposal; the notice requests answers to detailed capability and constructability questions, with supporting documentation limited to six pages.
