Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting one new utility tractor, no older than 2023, with open-station seating, a front-end loader and general-purpose bucket, Category 1 rear three-point hitch, four-wheel drive, diesel engine, hydrostatic transmission and power steering, turf tires, independent rear PTO, rollover protection, and specified operating, dimensional, lighting, and safety features. The tractor must have a one-year warranty, be supported by factory-certified technicians within 50 miles of the delivery location, and be new rather than remanufactured or gray-market equipment. The quote must include pricing for all solicitation items, descriptive manufacturer materials and warranty information demonstrating compliance, and two complete operation and maintenance manuals. The contractor must deliver the tractor no later than March 1, 2027, with unloading capability because no loading dock is available. Award will be made to the lowest-priced responsible quoter whose quote conforms to the solicitation requirements under a firm-fixed-price contract.
