Description
Gulf County is soliciting bids for the purchase, delivery, and construction of a 20-by-30-foot wood pole barn with a concrete slab. The structure will have a 10-foot eave height and a roof only, with no walls; it must meet the latest Florida Building Code and have a 150 mph wind-load rating. Any engineered plans must be signed and sealed by a licensed Florida engineer. Bidders are encouraged to visit the site. Bids must remain firm for 60 days after opening, and bidders must comply with applicable contractor licensing requirements and Florida’s public entity crimes statute.
