Description
Shawneetown Public Library is requesting proposals for managed internal broadband services for its existing Category 2 network infrastructure. The scope includes operation, management, monitoring, and support for eligible equipment and services, including firewalls, switches, routers, cabling, wireless access points, network controllers, and UPS battery backups. Equivalent or comparable brands will be considered. Bidders must have an E-Rate SPIN, have the 2027 Service Provider Annual Certification Form 473 on file with USAC, comply with applicable E-Rate rules, offer the Lowest Corresponding Price, and identify the SPIN in the proposal. The library may consider multi-year contracts with specified voluntary extensions, month-to-month arrangements, or varying contract terms; proposals may also include hourly networking-service rates.
