Description
The School Board of Brevard County, Florida (Brevard Public Schools) is soliciting proposals for group dental and vision insurance plans for its eligible employees and retirees. The district is looking for a provider that can offer high-quality, cost-effective coverage with flexible plan designs, pricing, and service options. The selected firm(s) will be expected to negotiate plan details and pricing directly with the School Board. The agreement will be for an initial three-year term with an option for one additional two-year renewal period. Respondents must be able to integrate with the district's benefits administration/enrollment platform and offer service guarantees and multi-year rate guarantees. The district is seeking proposals that include comprehensive plan design specifications, network access, member disruption analysis, and clear financial value. All proposals must be submitted electronically via the OpenGov e-Procurement Platform by July 1, 2026.
