Description
Panora Public Library is soliciting bids for one bundled Category 1 Internet access and data transmission service, including associated transport and initial configuration. The requested capacity ranges from 25 Mbps to 5 Gbps, and the service must be delivered to the library’s main branch. Bidders must identify the proposed connectivity type, state whether an E-Rate Category 1-eligible bundled firewall is included, and identify any E-Rate-ineligible charges such as DDoS protection. Proposed equipment and services must comply with the applicable federal prohibition on covered Huawei, ZTE, and other designated national-security-threat providers. The library will consider cost-effective offerings and reserves the right to cancel the request or reject proposals.
