Description
Community Renewal Team, Inc. seeks a consultant to design, facilitate, and support development of its 2027–2032 strategic plan. The work includes coordinating Steering Committee meetings; conducting a SWOT analysis; gathering and analyzing input from clients, staff, board members, funders, and other stakeholders through surveys, focus groups, and interviews; and developing or updating the agency’s Local Theory of Change. The process must align with Community Services Block Grant organizational standards and the Results Oriented Management and Accountability framework. Deliverables include a methodology overview, SWOT analysis, analysis of qualitative and quantitative input, survey and interview findings, meeting summaries, a Local Theory of Change, and a written strategic plan with an implementation schedule and progress-measurement approach. The consultant will facilitate two on-site planning retreats and support implementation and performance-measure development. The final plan is due May 3, 2027, with a presentation to the Board of Trustees on May 18, 2027. Work will combine remote and on-site activities; the solicitation states that the period of performance begins no later than December 14, 2026, and ends May 31, 2027.
