Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Fort Worth District is requesting industry comments on a redlined draft of Division 01 specifications for construction projects using an Other Transaction Authority (OTA) agreement. The draft covers general construction administration requirements, including schedules, submittals, safety, quality control, project management, and closeout. The attachment is provided for informational purposes, and feedback will inform future revisions to the specifications; the District does not intend to respond to questions. Submit comments through ProjNet’s Bidder Inquiry module. Respondents must not submit proprietary or sensitive information through that module.
