Description
The City of Fort Worth is conducting market research on purchasing software licenses and subscriptions from various publishers. The preliminary requirement may include software and subscriptions, renewals and true-ups, updates and patches, hosting and security/compliance capabilities, and ongoing help desk and technical support. Respondents may describe their publisher relationships and authorizations, delivery models, cooperative contract vehicles, public-sector experience, implementation capabilities, pricing structures, and subcontracting or teaming arrangements. Partial responses are welcome, and the City requests responses to specified priority sections while other market-intelligence questions are optional. Responses are limited to 15 pages overall, with a 10-page limit for priority sections subject to stated exclusions, and must be submitted as one searchable PDF. This is an information-gathering notice only and does not commit the City to a future procurement.
