Description
The University of Nevada, Las Vegas is seeking a qualified contractor for comprehensive repair and maintenance of 14 designated parking facilities across its campus. The scope includes power sweeping and pressure washing; crack sealing with hot-pour rubberized crack sealant; ISSA Type II slurry sealing where identified; asphalt patch repairs; pavement and roadway striping; ADA markings; fire-lane curb painting; directional arrows and pavement stenciling; and removal, replacement, anchoring, painting, and stenciling of parking stops. Work is required only where specifically identified in the applicable parking-area maps and contract documents. Addendum 1 clarifies that crack routing is not required unless specifically directed by UNLV, cracks must be cleaned of vegetation, dirt, loose material, and debris before sealing, and no separate commercial asphalt seal-coat application is required. References to seal coating do not authorize substitution for the specified slurry seal. The solicitation remains subject to the stated public-works qualification, licensing, insurance, bonding, apprenticeship, and electronic-submission requirements.
