Description
The U.S. Virgin Islands Police Department is requesting quotes for four video-production deliverables. The first three are 60-second public service announcement videos addressing impaired driving, pedestrian safety from a pedestrian perspective, and pedestrian safety from a motorist perspective. Each includes two full filming days, two pre-production meetings, a production assistant, rental fees, lighting, microphones, drone services, post-production editing, color grading, audio extraction, and talent fees; the pedestrian-safety videos also include pedestrian education and a motorist perspective, respectively. The fourth deliverable is post-production for three 30-second videos, including editing and color grading. Quotes must be submitted electronically through the designated procurement portal.
