Description
The City of Pasadena is soliciting an authorized Honda service provider for as-needed diagnostics, preventative maintenance, repairs, tire replacement and related wheel services, factory software updates and programming, warranty and recall repairs, technical service bulletin repairs, and OEM parts replacement and installation for four Police Department motorcycles. Work must follow manufacturer standards and be performed by trained technicians using appropriate diagnostic tools, software, and equipment. Services may be performed at the City's facility or the contractor's facility, as appropriate. The contract also includes routine and emergency parts delivery, catalog pricing for additional supplies, and defined service response times. The bidder must provide Honda authorization documentation and demonstrate at least three years of relevant motorcycle service or similar-equipment experience. The solicitation establishes an initial five-year contract with no optional extensions and requires electronic submission through the City's eProcurement Portal.
