Description
This contract involves electrical and control improvements at the Metropolitan District Commission's (MDC) Day Hill Standpipe. The scope of work includes acquiring a new electrical service, installing electrical and control conduits, furnishing electrical and control equipment, installing a standby generator system, and constructing an electrical/controls shed. Additionally, the project encompasses site improvements such as clearing and grubbing, installing plantings, and fence demolition with new fence installation. All work is to be performed in the Town of Windsor, Connecticut. Improvements to the standpipe itself, vault construction, and associated work are excluded from this contract.
