Tennessee Technological University is soliciting bids from licensed and qualified general contractors for renovation work in the Tech Pride Room at the Roaden University Center. Bidding documents are available in PDF format at no cost from Upland Design Group PLLC, and bidders of record may purchase hard copies from that source. A five percent bid security is required, in the form of a bid bond or a certified or cashier’s check payable to the State of Tennessee. The project is subject to Tennessee licensing requirements and the state’s nondiscrimination policy. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for October 15, 2026, and bids are due October 28, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. local time.
