Description
McHenry County College is seeking bids for one new Model 55E MiniJector benchtop injection molding machine, with no substitutions, including necessary accessories and pricing for delivery, shipping, setup, installation, training, warranty, and repair service. The base machine must meet specified electrical, clamping-pressure, injection-pressure, footprint, temperature, control, and cooling requirements. The solicitation also requests an alternate bid for one industrial-standard injection molding machine with specified electrical, clamping-pressure, support, footprint, enclosure, and servo-control requirements. Bidders must submit pricing on the provided pricing sheets, identify any exceptions or substitutes, and provide the required bid forms, references, BEP utilization materials, and signed certifications. The award will be made using a best-value standard and may be made to one vendor for the entire bid.
