Description
UNDP Bangladesh is seeking a supplier or manufacturer to fabricate, supply, deliver, install, test, and commission six pressure baling machines for the TCCF Plastics Circularity Project. The machines must meet the stated technical requirements, including hydraulic operation, a 10–15 HP motor, 440 V power supply, an output of approximately 3,000 kg per day, specified dimensions, and emergency-stop, on/off, and overload-shutdown safety features. The scope includes design submission and approval, fabrication, pre-delivery testing and inspection, transportation, installation, commissioning, operational testing, hands-on operator training, operating and maintenance manuals, completion records, and at least a one-year warranty with after-sales technical support. The machines will be delivered and installed at designated CMSME premises in Chattogram, Cox's Bazar, and Tangail, with two machines allocated to each location. The quotation must include all associated costs, including packaging, transportation, installation, training, warranty, and support.
