Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking one electromechanical rotary actuator, NSN 4810-01-558-6065, under purchase request 7018374141. The item must conform to the listed approved manufacturer and part-number requirements, including Emerson Automation Solutions part number MS5Q and Curtiss-Wright Flow Control Corporation part numbers 0511-25-S704-100, Model MS05, and MS5Q. The supply must be delivered FOB destination within 20 days after order, with origin inspection and acceptance. Packaging must comply with MIL-STD-2073-1E and DLA packaging requirements, marking must comply with MIL-STD-129, and the item must be individually preserved, wrapped, cushioned, and packaged to prevent damage, corrosion, and deterioration.
