Description
The Beaverton Urban Redevelopment Agency (BURA) seeks a consultant and commercial real estate brokerage firm to advise on and support the development solicitation process for its approximately 5.5-acre Beaverdam Sites. Work includes strategic advisory and development consulting, national developer marketing and outreach, and potentially feasibility review, evaluation, and selection of developer proposals. The selected firm will help attract qualified developers for a public-private partnership that may lead to an exclusive negotiation agreement, a disposition and development agreement, and sale of the property, potentially in up to two phases. Proposals should describe the firm's qualifications and relevant experience, marketing and disposition strategy, proposed work phases and approach, key personnel, and proposed commission percentage or other compensation structure. Proposers must include at least three references for similar public-private partnership engagements and address COBID-certified enterprise participation. The proposal package also requires the Good Faith Effort Program Form 1, an authorized signatory response, and specified attestations and portal responses.
