Description
The U.S. Air Force is conducting market research for one integrated four-operator command post console system consisting of four multi-level console positions arranged in an L-shaped configuration. The system must include new, unused, electrically height-adjustable sit/stand work surfaces designed for continuous 24/7 operations, durable laminated work surfaces, support credenzas, monitor arms, task lighting, laptop docking stations, desktop fans, touch-screen controllers, heaters, power distribution equipment, CPU storage, and related accessories. The consoles must be capable of accommodating integrated Harris System communications equipment and meet specified dimensional, structural, electrical, material, and color requirements. The contractor would provide personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, removal of legacy equipment if required, and installation of the new console system. Work would be performed in an operational command post and would be subject to installation access, escort, background-check, security, classified-information handling, training, badging, and coordination requirements.
