Description
The City of Roswell, Georgia is soliciting qualifications from experienced water storage tank maintenance firms to enter into a long-term, 10-year full-service contract. The selected contractor will be responsible for a comprehensive maintenance program for the City's two water storage tanks. Services include inspection, rehabilitation, as-needed repairs, recoating, washout services, and preventive maintenance. The contract is expected to begin in August 2026 and run for a decade.
