Description
Mesquite Independent School District is accepting unsealed proposals to establish a multiple-award list of pre-approved companies or individuals providing amusement and entertainment services and venue rentals. Potential offerings include photo booths, DJ services, inflatable rentals, games, decorating and event-planning services, venue or facility rentals, and other miscellaneous services approved by the District. The District will make purchases on an as-needed basis for its schools, departments, and other locations, with no guaranteed annual quantity or dollar value. Venue and facility owners must provide facility information, including descriptions, available spaces and capacities, maintenance and security practices, construction or renovation year, photographs or brochures, and related services or amenities. Vendors providing amusement rides must provide an amusement-ride compliance sticker. The agreement begins upon notice of award and renews annually through March 31, 2028, unless canceled with 30 days' notice.
