Description
The Federal Bureau of Investigation is requesting firm-fixed-price quotations for brand-name-only Power Hawk products identified in the attached Bill of Materials, including delivery to the FBI New Haven Division. The Government intends to issue one or more firm-fixed-price purchase orders and may make multiple awards for different field offices. Additional quantities may be ordered at the quoted unit and shipping prices before October 1, 2026. Award will be based on lowest evaluated price among technically acceptable, responsible offerors. Quotations must include the solicitation number, offeror information, a technical description demonstrating compliance with the Bill of Materials, warranty terms, pricing and discount terms, Unique Entity Identifier, completed FAR 52.212-3 representations and certifications, acknowledgment of amendments, and any required past-performance information. The acquisition is a total small-business set-aside.
