Description
The Kansas Department of Health and Environment seeks recurring janitorial services for approximately 8,800 square feet of office space. Services are scheduled twice weekly, with proposals for once-weekly service also considered if the proposed schedule and work plan address that frequency. Work includes cleaning offices and conference rooms, restrooms, floors, the kitchen, and entrance areas, with tasks performed at specified visit, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and other frequencies. Services are generally to be performed after normal business hours. The contractor must provide cleaning supplies, paper products, trash liners, hand soap, and commercial-grade cleaning equipment. The proposal must describe staffing, methodology, and a detailed work plan. The contract term is May 1, 2027, through April 30, 2032.
