Description
Buhler USD 313 is seeking bids for internet access and data transmission services, including standalone internet connections at 2–5 Gbps and data transmission or leased lit fiber at 10–100 Gbps. The district is also seeking leased dark fiber (1–12 strands), related electronics to light dark fiber, and maintenance and operations for network connections. Bids should separate one-time special construction charges from monthly recurring costs and include installation, activation, and initial configuration where applicable. The solicitation also requests internal network equipment and related components, including cabling, racks, firewall service and components, switches, wireless access points, and associated software and licenses. Vendors may bid on any or all portions. Pricing should itemize eligible and ineligible costs, fees, surcharges, taxes, and installation charges. Multi-year proposals may include optional bandwidth or strand increases and voluntary extensions.
