The Town of Billerica seeks an independent elevator consultant or qualified design team to evaluate the existing hydraulic passenger elevator at the Billerica Senior Center and prepare a complete, competitively biddable modernization package. The selected consultant will also assist during the bidding and construction phases. The Town has provided a preliminary contractor budget proposal of approximately $206,729 for planning purposes only; respondents must independently evaluate existing conditions, project requirements, and anticipated construction costs. The solicitation package includes Addendum No. 1, which changes the bid opening date and site visit date.
