Description
M. A. Mortenson Company, serving as construction manager, is soliciting proposals on behalf of the State of North Dakota for Bid Package #6 for a pre-engineered metal building at North Dakota State Hospital. Bidding documents and project information are available through BuildingConnected by contacting the construction manager. Proposals must be submitted by email and received no later than 10:00 a.m. Central Time on September 10, 2026; late proposals will not be considered. The project is being bid in accordance with the North Dakota Century Code, and the owner reserves the right to reject bids, waive minor irregularities, and accept the proposal deemed to be in its best interest.
