The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Kansas City District requires a firm-fixed-price construction contractor for the FY26 Bledsoe Ferry Rehabilitation Project at the Harry S. Truman Lake Project. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, and materials required for the work. The primary scope includes rehabilitation of an existing sewer lift station using 100% solids epoxy lining; demolition, removal, and disposal of the existing comfort station; site preparation and earthwork for placement, anchoring, and utility installation of a new pre-constructed concrete comfort station; construction of concrete sidewalks; and replacement of the primary electrical service pole, drop, and associated wiring infrastructure. The complete Statement of Work, including exact specifications, testing parameters, and safety requirements, will be provided directly to solicited vendors or upon request to the Contract Specialist. No formal solicitation will be posted publicly; quotations will be solicited directly from suppliers.
